Do you want the flavor of wings without all the cholesterol and fat??? Then cauliflower wings are for you! This is my most requested meal from all of my family and friends. They are pretty simple to make and so delicious!! My favorite flavor is buffalo style but it is spicy!! So if spice is not your thing, I would choose the BBQ or Teriyaki.
They are all so goooood!! Here is a pic of my mother and I enjoying the wings on Mother's Day this year!

Here's a video of how to make the cauliflower wings!! The recipe is below:)
RECIPE
Cauliflower Wings
-1 head of cauliflower
-1 cup of water or nondairy milk
-1 cup of flour (I use brown rice flour)
-1 cup of sauce of choice (I use Frank's Hot Sauce but BBQ and teriyaki sauce are also super good!)
Preheat oven to 425. Cut the cauliflower into florets. Mix the water/nondairy milk and flour in a bowl to make batter. Dip the cauliflower into the batter and make sure it is coated. I place the cauliflower onto a cookie cooling rack so that the excess batter drips off. Once all the cauliflower is coated, transfer them onto a nonstick cookie sheet. I have reusable nonstick mats but you could use parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and place in a bowl. Pour sauce of choice onto wings and make sure they are all covered in it. Feel free to add more sauce if you want. Bake for another 15-20 minutes. Enjoy! I serve this with my homemade ranch.
I highly recommend getting a nonstick mat and/or a oven air fryer pan they make it really easy to cook oil free and you don't have to worry about continuing to buy parchment paper!
