Plant Based Ranch in less than 2 minutes!

I use this ranch ALL the time!! Not only is it full of flavor, it is also full of whole, plant based foods-nothing else!! I love knowing what is in my food, most store bought dressings are filled with preservatives, oil, and sugar. I always have all the ingredients of this ranch on hand so I can just whip it up in a couple minutes. I use it to dip my cauliflower wings in, on top of some of my quinoa dishes, in lettuce wraps, or simply on a salad. Watch the video below for a cooking demo, or just skip down to the recipe!

Plant-Based Ranch Recipe

(This is the updated recipe since making the video) 1/2 cup water 1 cup hemp hearts 1 T apple cider vinegar(or lemon juice) 1 T garlic powder salt to taste 1 T dill a strand of green onion, chopped Add everything except dill and onion to a blender. Blend until smooth. Add more water until you reach desired consistency. If you want it thicker, add more hemp hearts (it thickens a little after refrigerating) Add the rest of the ingredients and pulsate a few times. Chill in fridge then enjoy!

The blender I use is called a Vitamix and I HIGHLY recommend it!! It is an investment but I use mine every single day and it was well worth it.
