Oil Free Vegan Waffles!!

Oil Free Waffle Recipe
1 1/4 cup of nondairy milk (I used almond)
1 t white wine vinegar (apple cider vinegar would also work)
1/4 c applesauce (I used unsweetened) (can also use one ripe banana, mashed)
2 T truvia or 1/4 c maple syrup
1/2 c oats (I've used Irish and rolled oats but most would work)
1 3/4 c flour (I used whole wheat)
1 1/2 t baking powder
a few shakes of cinnamon
pinch of salt
Add all ingredients into blender, starting with the liquids and blend until smooth. Pour into waffle maker and enjoy:)
The blender I use and love is called a Vitamix. It is an investment but totally worth it!!!
