Healthy Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Chocolate + Peanut Butter = One of my FAVORITE combos!! I never thought that those two together could create a healthy meal....especially for breakfast!!! I absolutely love these oats and feel like I'm getting dessert for breakfast!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal Recipe
3/4 cup of steel cut oats
1.5 cups of water (or nondairy milk)
1 T cocoa powder
1 banana
1 T peanut butter
maple syrup (optional as topping)
Add oats and liquid to a pot. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and allow to simmer, covered until oats have absorbed water, stirring occasionally. (Takes about 10-15 minutes). You can also add oats and liquid to a rice cooker and click "white rice". Once cooked, stir in cocoa powder. Top with peanut butter, bananas, and maple syrup.
