High Protein Vegan Chili

This chili takes less than 10 minutes to prepare! It's the perfect comfort meal and it's super healthy! The lentils and beans in this chili make it very high in protein as well!

Chili Recipe
1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can of kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup of red lentils
1 can of stewed tomatoes, chopped (can substitute chopped tomatoes)
1 6 oz can of tomato paste
1/2 red onion, chopped
4 celery stalks, chopped
2 T chili powder
1 T cumin
1 T garlic powder
4 cups of water
salt to taste (I add it right before I eat it)
Add all ingredients to a pot/instant pot/ crockpot.
If using a pot: Bring to a boil then allow to simmer for 30 minutes
If using instant pot: Cook on manuel for 14 minutes and naturally release for 10.
If using a crockpot: Cook on low for 6-8 hours
