This is one pizza that you do not have to feel guilty about eating!! It is full of flavor and the cauliflower wings really take it to the next level!!

I paired this bbq pizza with a buffalo pizza for a girls night and they were both a hit!!

First Step: Make the BBQ Cauliflower Wings

(To watch a video of how to make these click HERE)

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • 1 cup of water or nondairy milk

  • 1 cup of flour (I use brown rice flour)

  • 1 cup of sauce of choice (I use Frank's Hot Sauce but BBQ and teriyaki sauce are also super good!)

Preheat oven to 425

Cut the cauliflower into florets.

Mix the water/nondairy milk and flour in a bowl to make batter.

Dip the cauliflower into the batter and make sure it is coated.

I place the cauliflower onto a cookie cooling rack so that the excess batter drips off.

Once all the cauliflower is coated, transfer them onto a nonstick cookie sheet.

I have reusable nonstick mats but you could use parchment paper.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and place in a bowl.

Pour sauce of choice onto wings and make sure they are all covered in it. Feel free to add more sauce if you want.

Bake for another 10 minutes.

Step 2: Assemble the pizza

  • 2 pizza crusts (make sure there are no eggs, dairy, or honey to make it vegan)

  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  • BBQ sauce of choice

Place a layer of BBQ sauce on each of the pizza crusts. Add red onions, bell pepper, and cauliflower wings. Bake as instructed on crust package. Enjoy:)

To make my wings, I always use my nonstick mats or air frying cooking sheet! (Click the words to check out which one's I recommend)
