This pizza was absolutely amazing!!! I ended up making it twice in one week because my friends requested it again. I am craving it now just looking at this picture!! I made a buffalo wing pizza and a barbecue wing pizza. My favorite is definitely the buffalo but they were both delicious! Below is a close up of the buffalo.......soooooo goood:)

The buffalo pizza recipe is down below:)

Buffalo Cauliflower Wing Pizza Recipe

Step 1: Make the Creamy, Ranch-Flavored Sauce

Creamy, Ranch-Flavored Sauce Recipe

  • 1 can of great northern beans, drained and rinsed

  • 1/4 cup of hemp seeds

  • 1/2 cup of water

  • 1 T garlic powder

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • Salt to taste

  • 3 sprigs of fresh dill

Add all ingredients except dill to blender. Once blended, add dill and pulsate. If you want the sauce thinner, add more water. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Step 2: Make the Cauliflower Wings

To see a video of how to make these wings, click HERE:)

  • 1 head of cauliflower

  • 1 cup of water or nondairy milk

  • 1 cup of flour (I use brown rice flour)

  • 1 cup of sauce of choice (I use Frank's Hot Sauce )

Preheat oven to 425.

Cut the cauliflower into florets.

Mix the water/nondairy milk and flour in a bowl to make batter.

Dip the cauliflower into the batter and make sure it is coated. I place the cauliflower onto a cookie cooling rack so that the excess batter drips off.

Once all the cauliflower is coated, transfer them onto a nonstick cookie sheet. I have reusable nonstick mats but you could use parchment paper.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and place in a bowl.

Pour sauce of choice onto wings and make sure they are all covered in it.

Feel free to add more sauce if you want.

Bake for another 10 minutes

Step 3: Assemble the Pizza

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 pizza crusts (look for ones that don't have eggs, milk, or honey in the ingredients to make it vegan)

Spread a thick layer of the creamy, ranch sauce on the pizza crusts. Top that with desired ingredients.

I use the bell pepper, onion, and cauliflower wings but this is totally customizable. Bake according to pizza crust instructions. Enjoy:)
